Sweets of NYC is a digital documentation of the tastiest treats in New York by Sue Murphy.

People often talk about the best beers, burgers or doughnuts in New York—there are blogs, maps and listicles. I get it, those things are fucking delicious. But as someone with a massive sweet tooth I've been missing something that covers all of the lush sugars in the city. NYC is teeming with divine cookies, saporous [I've always wanted to use that word] scoops of ice cream and restaurants that you might not guessed have an incredible slice of carrot cake.

So I have taken it upon myself (not that I needed a reason to eat more sweets) to document it digitally. I've a Map where I'm marking places sorted by category and in Write Ups you'll written pieces by me detailing what's so sweet about the place and my recommendation from the menu.

The best places make it to the map and write ups, but if you're a owner and want to be featured I'm happy to try your place out.
